Approach and anchoring

Reached from the Intracoastal Waterway through the Dania Cut-off Canal with no fixed bridges between the marina and the ocean. The basin takes vessels up to 80 feet, most berths in the 40-foot range.

Practical

Roughly 60 berths, of which about 30 are kept for transient yachts. Shore power, fresh water and a fuel berth on site. A travel lift handles haul-out, painting and routine yard work.

Ashore

Dania Beach itself lies about 2 miles east of the marina, with the Atlantic shoreline and the casino entertainment area within a short drive. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is roughly 3 miles north.
