Approach and anchoring
On the Dania Cut-Off Canal, with a run out to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic. A 14 ft bridge clearance on the approach restricts vessels with tall air draught. The harbour master's office works Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1630.
Practical
Berths take vessels up to 50 ft. Haul-out by a 90-ton travel lift and a 40,000 lb forklift, with outside storage, trailer storage and hurricane storage plans. Authorised service for Mercury, Yamaha and Volvo Penta engines. The site covers 10 acres.
Ashore
Lauderdale Small Boat Club lies 0.2 nm to the north-east and Thunderboat Marine Service Center 0.8 nm to the south-east, both reached along the canal. Anglers Avenue carries marine trades and chandlers.
