Approach and anchoring

Berths sit just off the main shipping channel of the St Clair River, which carries heavy commercial traffic between the upper and lower Great Lakes. Current runs steadily downstream at 1 to 2 knots, stronger after spring melt. No tides. Approach from the river with the current in mind when berthing.

Around 36 berths with 2 transient slips, taking boats up to 60 feet. Water and 30 A shore power, restrooms and showers. Full service yard on site with travel lift to 40 tons, certified Mercury and Mercruiser repair, winter storage and shrink wrap. Open since 1995. Address 700 Marine Drive.
