Approach and anchoring
On the Black River about 0.5 nautical miles upstream of its mouth on the St Clair River. Approach from the St Clair River and pass under the Military Street bascule bridge.
Practical
140 berths plus 300 feet of seawall tie-up, with berths from 30 to 60 feet. Shore power, fresh water, ice, toilets and showers on the pontoons. Fuel berth with petrol, diesel and pump-out. Complimentary shuttle into downtown. Address: 525 River Street.
Ashore
Downtown Port Huron shops and restaurants on Huron Avenue at the river mouth. Thomas Edison Depot Museum 600 metres east at the foot of the Blue Water Bridge. Lighthouse Beach on Lake Huron about 1.5 km north.
