Sandy Pond is a barrier-beach pond linked to Lake Ontario by a narrow inlet. Address 9203 NY-3, Sandy Creek. Phone 315-387-3881.

Ashore
The 17-mile Sandy Pond barrier dune system separates the pond from Lake Ontario. Salmon, trout and bass fishing from the marina; Salmon River drainage 15 km north.
History
Bud and Rose Reiter bought the site in 1973 from the previous Bubels operation. The marina has been a Boating Industries Association of Upstate New York member since.
