Small drying harbour on the rocky coast north of Piriac-sur-Mer, on the Guérande peninsula in Pays de la Loire.
Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the west clear of the rocks of Pierre Percée and the Plateau de la Banche. The harbour dries at low water, entry is limited to around HW plus or minus 2 hours for keelboats. Keep well off the reefs that extend north of Piriac.
Practical
Mainly used by local fishing and small motor craft. No visitor berthing dedicated to yachts. For services, head 1.1 NM south to Piriac-sur-Mer marina or 1.5 NM south-east to La Turballe.
Ashore
Coastal path GR 34 runs along the cliffs between Lérat and Piriac, about 1.5 km on foot. Small beach of Lérat just north of the harbour. Village of Piriac-sur-Mer with shops and restaurants 1.5 km south.
