Reached from the Potomac River via the mouth of the Occoquan River. Floating docks, with around 9 feet of water at low water on the slips.
Practical
147 slips, including 20 transient berths. Floating docks, lift slips up to 30,000 lb and 48 feet. Fuel berth with 87 and 93 octane petrol plus diesel, pumps open 0600 to 2100. Boatyard on site for haul-out, engine, fibreglass and propeller repairs and winterisation. Slip holder pavilion with BBQ grills. The Blu 1681 Restaurant and Waterfront Bar is next door.
