Approach and anchoring
Boggy Bayou opens off the north side of Choctawhatchee Bay. The bay itself is reached from the Gulf through East Pass at Destin, about 12 nautical miles to the south-west. VHF 16.
Practical
Around 52 berths in a sheltered basin, with a maximum draught of about 1.8 metres. There is a fuelling point on site and a clubhouse that runs social events. Niceville town centre is within reach for provisions.
