Full-service boatyard on the Dania Cut-Off Canal at 3000 West State Road 84, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Guide
Approach and anchoring
Reached from the New River and the Intracoastal Waterway via the Dania Cut-Off Canal, a short run inland from the Atlantic. Fixed bridges on the route limit air draught, so check clearances before approach. No tidal lock; the canal carries little rise and fall.
Practical
Haul-out by travel lift and repair crane. The yard handles hull and fibreglass repair, inboard and outboard engine work, propeller service and bottom painting. Dry stack and land storage, a fuel berth and a launch ramp are on site.
Ashore
Billfish Marina lies 0.1 nm to the north-east and Bradford Marine 0.2 nm to the north-west, both on the same canal. State Road 84 carries chandlers and marine trades within walking distance.
