Approach and anchoring

Entrance via the narrow Gig Harbor channel between the eastern sandspit and the western shore. Mid-channel route required; the navigable lane is under 4 metres at low water. Once inside, the bay is well sheltered from prevailing southwesterlies.

Practical

Berths held as condominium units, so visitor moorage is rarely available and depends on private arrangements with owners. Gated access, clubhouse, heads with showers, fresh water and shore power on the pontoons. Town centre and shops within a 5-minute walk along Harborview Drive.
