Guide
Approach and anchoring
Enter Gig Harbor between the sandspit and the western shore, then steer just south of mid-channel into the basin. Currents run strong through the narrows, less than 100 metres wide. Arabella's Landing is on the east side, between Harborview Marina to the south and Harbor Place Marina to the north-west.
Practical
135 berths, vessels up to 130 feet. Water and shore power, pump-out, heads, showers, laundry, lockers, Wi-Fi, gated access. On site there is a chandlery, a kitchen shop and two waterfront restaurants. No fuel berth at Arabella's itself, the nearest is at Harborview just to the south.
Ashore
Downtown Gig Harbor starts at the marina gates. Harbor History Museum about 400 metres north on Harborview Drive, with the restored 1957 purse-seiner Shenandoah. Skansie Brothers Park on the waterfront 350 metres north for views across the inlet to Mount Rainier on clear days.
