Approach and anchoring
Approach from the north or east. Rocky bottom, anchoring prohibited inside the Posidonia ZMEL, use of marked buoys mandatory. Open to the south-east, sheltered from N through W.
Practical
No services on site. Port Santa Lucia 0,4 NM north-east and Vieux Port de Saint-Raphaël 1 NM north-west for water, fuel, berths and shops.
Ashore
Dive sites around the Lion de Mer and its sister rock the Lion de Terre, with groupers and moray eels at 15 to 30 m. Sentier du littoral runs from Santa Lucia to Agay. Esterel massif red rhyolite cliffs rise directly behind the coast.
