Approach and anchoring

On Factory Creek, a tidal deep-water channel feeding the ICW and Beaufort River, less than half a mile from ICW marker 536.

Practical

Five docks with over 70 wet berths plus hundreds of feet of face dock, taking vessels up to 210 feet. Dock office, restrooms, showers, laundry, lounge and marina store sit in a converted boathouse over the water. Courtesy car, loaner bikes and a 2,000 sq ft DIY workshop. Dockside restaurant on site.

Ashore

Groceries, hardware, pharmacy and further restaurants line Sea Island Parkway within a mile. Historic downtown Beaufort is reached on foot over the swing bridge.
