Approach and anchoring
Open approach on Lake Washington with no tidal constraints. New breakwater and floats. The marina sits at 135 Lake Street South, immediately next to Marina Park.
Practical
Berths from 28 to 100 feet and above, leased annually from 1 May to the following 30 April. Shore power at 100 amp/240 volt for boats 50 feet and longer. No guest moorage available.
