Approach and anchoring
The club lies up the Hammonasset River channel, about a 20-minute run from open water in Long Island Sound. Approach via Clinton Harbour, westward of Kelsey Point Breakwater.
Practical
Over 60 berths plus winter storage, with a maximum draught of about 5 metres. Members have a heated pool, a clubhouse with kitchen and lounge, a playground, parking and showers. The club runs regattas and events through the season. Contact on +1 860 240 9146.
Ashore
The marina sits next to Hammonasset Beach State Park, the largest shoreline park in Connecticut, with a long sand beach and walking trails.
