Approach and anchoring
Reached via the Canal de l'Oise à l'Aisne, which links Abbécourt on the Oise to Bourg-et-Comin on the Aisne. The canal takes péniche Freycinet traffic, so air draught is limited by the standard 3,50 m bridge clearance. No VHF.
Practical
Two free spots along the quay, first come first served. No water or power in the village itself. Nearest services at Pargny-Filain 2,1 NM to the SE or Halte de Pinon 3 NM to the W.
Ashore
Village of Chaillevois has a few houses around the Saint-Martin church. Plateau du Chemin des Dames within cycling distance to the east, with the Caverne du Dragon museum about 8 km away by road.
