Approach and anchoring

A few minutes from the Gulf, just off the Galveston Ship Channel. Floating dock, public boat launch and dry stack storage alongside the wet berths.

Fuel berth open 24 hours with four petrol pumps and two diesel pumps, oil, fuel additives and ice. Ships' store, bait camp and an on-site bar and grill. Yacht service available. Harbour master on 409-765-3000.

Ashore

The marina sits on the north shore of Galveston Island. The Strand historic district, with its 19th-century commercial buildings and shops, lies a short way south, along with the island's Gulf beaches.
