Approach and anchoring
Enter Raccoon Creek from the Neuse River. The pontoon is about 26 m long, just to the right of the Oriental Marina fuel berth, room for at least four boats of 9 to 10 m.

Free berthing limited to 48 hours within any 30-day period. No shore power, no water, generators prohibited. Free self pump-out and Wi-Fi. Accessible public restrooms ashore.
Ashore
Village centre on the doorstep, restaurants and shops within 200 m. The Bean coffee house and the M&M Cafe are popular cruiser stops. Grocery store at 600 m on Broad Street.
