Reached from the well-marked ICW channel. The mud bottom gives good holding. The spot is sheltered from N, E, SE, S and NW winds and open only on the western quarter.

Harbour Village Marina lies 2.8 nm to the NE and runs a fuel berth with diesel and ethanol-free petrol plus a pump-out. Scotts Hill Marina is 3.7 nm to the SW.
