Commercial lock operated by CNR on the Rhône between Le Pouzin and Valence. Call VHF 22 before approach and follow the signal lights. Pleasure craft must wait clear of the commercial fairway and enter only when cleared.
Practical
Mooring or anchoring inside the lock approaches is prohibited. Nearest pleasure stops are Le Pouzin 4.9 nm downstream and Port de Valence l'Épervière 6.1 nm upstream. The Beauchastel dam and hydro plant feed the CNR network.
