Approach and anchoring
Reached from Long Island Sound through the buoyed Branford River entrance. Indian Neck Yacht Club lies about 0.1 miles to the east and Sylvan Point Yacht Club about 0.2 miles to the south.
Practical
65 berths for vessels up to 55 feet LOA and 17 feet beam, with outdoor winter storage for boats of 17 feet beam or less. Full-service yard covering wooden boat repair and construction, fibreglass work, engine and mechanical repair, painting, AWLGRIP refinishing, electronics and rigging.
History
Started in 1955 as a small boat repair shop on the Branford River by the founder, with the business handed to the current owner in 1986.
