Reached through North Sea Harbour off Little Peconic Bay. A full-time dock master is on duty. The marina sits close to the Conscience Point National Wildlife Refuge.

There are 24 floating berths and 44 bulkheaded berths with shore power. Petrol and diesel are available at the fuel berth, with heads and showers ashore. The site was once a working shipyard.
History
Conscience Point marks the spot where Southampton's first English settlers from Lynn, Massachusetts, came ashore on 12 June 1640, founding New York's first English town. The landing is still marked each year as Founder's Day.
