Approach and anchoring
Transient berthing is limited and must be arranged in advance with the dockmaster.
Practical
Founded in 1895, the club has 170 berths for boats from 20 to 70 feet, all with water and shore power. Fuel berth with petrol and diesel. Heads, showers, laundry, free wifi and 24-hour security. The club bought the neighbouring West Cove Marina in 2015 and runs both sites.
History
City Point Yacht Club was formed in 1895 and incorporated in 1899. It is among the oldest yacht clubs still operating in the United States.
