Approach and anchoring
Direct access from Commencement Bay, no tidal constraint. Entrance through a breakwater opening on the north side. Located at the head of the bay, close to the Blair and Hylebos waterways used by commercial shipping.
Practical
Around 200 berths, covered and uncovered, for vessels up to 60 ft. Shore power 30 and 50 amp, fresh water and pump-out at every berth. Fuel berth with petrol and diesel. Showers, laundry, small store with snacks and espresso. Boatyard with 25-ton travel lift. Fenced car park with card-key dock access and 24/7 security.
Ashore
Marine View Drive runs along the waterfront with a few restaurants nearby. Browns Point Lighthouse Park is 2 km north along the coast road.
