Approach and anchoring
Reached up the Connecticut River channel from the Sound, with the entrance at the end of Railroad Avenue near channel marker 37. Fresh water, clear of heavy marine traffic.
Practical
About 135 berths on full-finger floating docks for vessels up to 60 ft, each with power, water and Wi-Fi. Lounge, showers, swimming pool, picnic areas and coin laundry. Full-service yard with certified mechanics and indoor and outdoor storage for up to 300 boats.
Ashore
Marker 37, the marina's riverside restaurant and lounge, serves lunch and dinner year-round. Downtown Chester and Essex Village both lie a few miles away.
