Approach and anchoring
Set on the south side of the Annisquam River within the well-sheltered Inner Harbour, a short run from open water. Floating pontoons carry water and shore power.
Practical
20 berths including 6 transient berths, for vessels up to 70ft. Fuel berth with petrol and diesel available 24 hours. Wi-Fi on the pontoons. Boat storage, maintenance and repair on site.
History
The yard was founded in 1949 by boatbuilder and mechanic Bill Brown. Gloucester is one of the oldest fishing ports in the United States, settled in 1623.
