Approach and anchoring
Accessed through the Ballard Locks from Shilshole Bay, then east up the Lake Washington Ship Canal. Locks operate around the clock. Two miles further east reaches Lake Union, three miles to the Montlake Cut and Lake Washington.
Practical
Year-round moorage for vessels from about 30 to 95 feet. Shore power and water at the berths. No fuel berth on site. Ballard restaurants, chandleries and Fishermen's Terminal all within walking distance.
