Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south along the red porphyry shore. Mixed bottom of sand and posidonia meadows. Sheltered from N, NE, W and NW. Exposed to the swell from the south.
Practical
Daytime forain anchorage only. Port of Boulouris 0.5 nm E and Santa Lucia 0.7 nm W for fuel, water and berths. Prefer sand patches to preserve the posidonia, a protected habitat under the Pelagos sanctuary framework.
Ashore
Sentier du littoral along the Corniche d'Or towards Agay to the east. Boulouris village 500 m with shops and the SNCF station on the Marseille to Vintimille line.
