Approach and anchoring
Enter Alamitos Bay through the breakwater off Seal Beach and follow the marked channel into the bay. Maximum draught 2.13 m on the inner berths. The marina basins occupy the southern half of the bay.
Practical
Around 1,624 berths and side-ties from 25 to 115 ft, all renewed in a 105 million dollar rebuild completed in the 2010s. Each berth has fresh water, shore power and a lockable dock box. Showers, toilets, pump-out stations and 24-hour security on site. Staffed fuel berth at 227 North Marina Drive, diesel and petrol, open 0800 to 1700 daily.
Ashore
Second Street shops, bars and restaurants in Belmont Shore at 300 m. Mother's Beach swimming beach at 200 m. Naples Island canals and gondola rides 500 m by water.
