Approach and anchoring

Reached from the Intracoastal Waterway. Ocean access is through Haulover Inlet, about 0.7 nm to the south, where strong tidal currents and shoaling call for care, especially against an outgoing tide and onshore wind.

Practical

Around 125 wet and dry berths, sized for vessels up to roughly 30 metres. A marine concierge handles berthing for residents. Boat hire is available on site.

Ashore

The towers hold a beach club restaurant and a watersports centre with kayaks and paddleboards. Haulover Park, with its beach, is reachable along Collins Avenue. Newport Fishing Pier lies a short distance south.
