Long narrow bay in northern Sardinia, near Santa Teresa Gallura. Weed bottom with poor holding. 30 moorings, fresh water, VHF 9. Sheltered from E round to NW, open to N and NE.

Guide
Approach and anchoring
Anchor in 2 to 7 m on mud and weed, or take a buoy. Holding is unreliable, and anchors dragged in winds of 15 to 20 kn in 2026. Patches with less weed give the best chance of holding. The arms at the sides shoal to 2 m. An easterly of 20 kn found little shelter from the land in July 2026.
Practical
Marina boatmen help boats onto the buoys. A buoy cost 55 euros for a 38-foot motorboat in August 2022, free for diners at the Sintonia restaurant. Dinghies land at the fishermen's dock or the end of the pontoon by the slipway. Water is available on request at the pontoon. The village has a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and a pizzeria on the beach. Diesel was expensive in 2025.
Ashore
The Culuccia peninsula is private land with cattle, goats and wild boar. Entry needs permission, and the small harbour on the east side gives information. UO Man Pub serves pizza on the main street.
