Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south, leaving the Rocher des Fourmis to port. Narrow entrance between two short moles. Maximum draught 1.4 metres at the berths, not suitable for deep-keel yachts. VHF 9.
Practical
243 berths with water and electricity. The port is run privately by a members' association, so visiting tenders should ask permission at the harbour master's office before landing and may then tie up briefly alongside it; a supermarket is a few steps away. The gate is open by day, roughly 8am to 6.30pm, and the port closes overnight, so call ahead on VHF 9 or by phone. No fuel berth at the port des Fourmis, nearest diesel at Beaulieu harbour 0.4 NM away. Capitainerie on the quay. Shops and restaurants of Beaulieu within 500 m on foot.
Ashore
Villa Kerylos, reconstruction of a Greek villa built in 1902 by Theodore Reinach, 300 m west of the port. Promenade Maurice Rouvier coastal path 1 km long to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Train station of Beaulieu-sur-Mer 400 m away with direct line to Nice and Monaco.
