Approach and anchoring

Approach from the east across the Golfe de la Napoule, keeping clear of the red Estérel cliffs to the south. Entrance between two breakwaters. Maximum draught 4 m. VHF channel 9.

Practical

421 berths, fuel berth at the entrance, water and electricity. Berthing assistance is usually on hand at reception, though not always. The washrooms are modern and very clean and laundry is included. Prices are among the dearer for the area, around 77 euros a night in high season for a 13 m boat, with a half-day rate for boats leaving overnight. There is no food shop in the marina, though the La Cambusa restaurant sells basics such as bread. Boatyard with travel lift for haul-out and winter storage.

Ashore

Théoule-sur-Mer village and train station 0.4 nm south along the coast road, with a bus to Cannes stopping outside the port. A beach lies about 5 minutes on foot. Mandelieu-la-Napoule town centre is 0.6 nm north-east, reached by the coastal path in about 15 minutes. Massif de l'Estérel trailheads within 2 km, leading into the red porphyry hills.
