Approach and anchoring
Enter the gulf through the pass at Port-Navalo, where the tidal stream can exceed 8 knots at springs. Once inside, head north-east to Arradon. The point is covered with mooring buoys, several of them free, though none are marked for visitors, and there is little clear room left to anchor. Keep out of the regular ferry tracks.
Practical
Holding is variable on the weed patches, so look for clear sand where a buoy is not free. Arradon village 0.3 NM west has a slipway, shops and restaurants; coming in by dinghy, keep the oyster beds and a low wall that covers at high water to one side. Cale du Beluré 1.3 NM SE is a secondary landing.
