Approach and anchoring
Approach from the Sète dry port channel. Bottom is rock and weed, holding is poor, check the anchor is well set. Shelter from N through E to SE, open to W and SW winds which build quickly on the étang.
Practical
Three chargeable buoys or anchor spots, water available ashore, though the shore sanitary facilities are dated. Sète dry port 0.5 nm NE, Quilles mooring 1.1 nm S for alternative shelter.
