Approach and anchoring
Approach with attention to the marked rocks around the shelf. Weed bottom, holding often poor, repeat the set if the anchor drags. Open to S and SE; drop only in N to NW winds or settled conditions.
Practical
No services on site. La Madrague de Giens lies 0.6 NM N and Port du Niel 0.8 NM E for berths, water and a short walk to shops.
Ashore
Le Niel fishing hamlet has a handful of seafood restaurants and a small beach within 15 minutes walk. The Giens coastal path links the cove to La Tour Fondue, departure port for the Porquerolles ferry.
