Approach and anchoring

Approach from the Gulf of Tigullio. Call VHF 17 for berthing instructions. In April 2025 the radio was out of order and the working phone number was +39 335 726 1114. Berths are on a single floating jetty, stern-to with lazy lines that the marina boatmen bring aboard. Turning room inside the marina is tight. An anchor dropped off the harbour fouled a chain in June 2026.

Practical

Maximum draught 5 metres. A night cost 175 euros in June 2026. In 2024 a 12 m boat paid 168 euros. Water and power came as an extra 17 euro package in July 2024. The marina has no washrooms of its own in 2026, only municipal toilets along the breakwater, which are basic. The jetty is closed at night with a code. Shops and restaurants are in the town of Santa Margherita Ligure.

Ashore

Bus 782 to Portofino stops 50 m from the jetty, taking about 15 minutes. Tickets are sold at the tobacconist next to the stop or by contactless card on board. Portofino is also 5 km away on foot. Villa Durazzo and its gardens stand beside the main church above the town. In Portofino, Castello Brown has views over the harbour.
