Approach and anchoring
Enter from Puerto del Manglar through a narrow pass running NE to SW, in good light only. The chart shows an islet marked coral reef foul at the entrance, but the feature is a submerged reef, and a shallow patch south-east of it is not charted. Sand and weed bottom, sheltered from every direction.
Practical
Six mooring buoys, some for visitors, and anchoring permitted. No services: Dewey is reached by tender through Ensenada Honda or by road.
Ashore
Culebrita and Bahía Tortuga lie about 2 NM to the north-east, a short hop for a day at the beach.
