Approach and anchoring
Whitehall Creek gives a well-sheltered approach with an approach depth of about 12 ft, suiting yachts of deeper draught. Open to the bay just north of the Severn River.
Practical
Over 100 slips and lift slips for vessels from about 20 to 50 ft, with recent piers carrying shore power and water, plus heads and showers. The adjoining yard, Scandia Marine Center, runs a 35-ton travel lift and stores over 170 boats ashore, with mechanical, rigging and carpentry shops and a ship's store. Maryland Clean Marina certified.
