Approach and anchoring
Reached from Cape May Harbour, entered from offshore through Cape May Inlet or from Delaware Bay via the Cape May Canal. The marina lies near the canal's eastern entrance on Route 109.
Practical
Over 300 transient and seasonal berths, taking boats up to about 85 ft with up to 8 ft draught. Seasonal berths run mid-April to early October. There is a fuel berth with diesel, a pump-out, a ship's store and a bait and tackle shop. Volume diesel discounts apply over 500 gallons.
Story
A dozen or more sport-fishing charter boats work out of the marina, which has been run by the same family since 1951.
