Guide
Approach and anchoring
Entered from the Patuxent River near the Governor Thomas Johnson Bridge, with most creeks holding 8 to 15 feet of water well up their length. Mud bottom gives good holding. Protected on all sides, a useful refuge in heavy weather when boats move further up the creek.
Practical
Boatel California lies 0.2 nm to the north and Point Patience Marina 1 nm to the north-east, both within reach by tender for fuel and provisions.
