Guide
Approach and anchoring
Mud bottom with good holding and shelter from NW round to E. The lower Severn is marshy with few aids to navigation, so watch the depths carefully on the way in. The river splits at Stump Point into the north-west and south-west branches.
Practical
No facilities at the creek. Severn Yachting Center, a full-service marina with berths to 120 feet and transient berths, lies about 1.5 miles south. Crown Pointe Marina is about 3.9 miles south.
