Guide

Approach and anchoring

Approach from Sinclair Inlet, entered between Point Herron to the north and Annapolis Point to the south. No tidal restrictions. The club basin sits immediately east of the Port Orchard Marina breakwater.

Practical

Member moorage with reciprocal berths for visiting yacht club guests. No fuel berth and limited transient capacity. Port Orchard town centre with shops, bakery and bars is a 5 minute walk west along Bay Street.

Ashore

Foot ferry to Bremerton runs from the public dock 0.2 NM west, 12 minute crossing across Sinclair Inlet. Saturday farmers market at Bay Street from May to October.
