Guide
Approach and anchoring
Reached from Sinclair Inlet by passing under the Manette and Warren Avenue bridges in the Port Washington Narrows. Strong tidal streams run through the Narrows, especially on the ebb. Best taken near slack water by slower craft.
Practical
Permanent and guest moorage with shore power and water. Fuel berth with petrol and diesel. Pump-out station and small chandlery on site. Gated access. Limited shops within walking distance, supermarket about 1.5 km away.
History
The marina occupies the site of a former railway yard on the Bremerton waterfront, hence the alternate name Port Orchard Railway Marina.
