Approach and anchoring
Approach from the east, entrance between two short jetties with red and green markers. Maximum draught 1.4 m at the pontoons, shallow basin suitable for craft up to 12 m. Shelter from W through N, exposed to E and NE swell. No fuel berth at the port.
Practical
150 berths, visitor capacity in summer on pontoon reserved by the harbour office. Water and electricity on the pontoons. Showers and WC. One bakery, a small grocery and two restaurants on the beachfront at Santa Severa. The village of Luri, 4 km inland up the Luri valley, has the main shops.
Ashore
The Santa Severa beach of fine grey sand runs 600 m north of the marina. The Luri valley climbs west through vineyards of the Coteaux du Cap Corse AOC to the ruined Tour de Seneca at 564 m, a 2 h walk one way on a waymarked path.
