Approach and anchoring
Enter from Lake Michigan via the South Haven channel, marked by a green light on the north pierhead and a red light on the south, then run upriver past the bascule bridge. The basin lies among several harbours south of the bridge.
Practical
113 berths, most 35 feet long and 15 feet wide. A head dock in the middle of the basin holds 79 berths, 29 line the north side and 5 sit directly on the Black River. Water and shore power at every berth, plus a bath house, wifi, ice machine and a fish cleaning station. Located at 300 Oak Street.
Ashore
Downtown South Haven shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the Lake Michigan beaches lie roughly 1 km from the marina.
