Guide

Approach and anchoring

The river setting gives shelter from every direction and the mud bottom holds an anchor well. Watch for the river current and for traffic moving to and from the marinas. Fresh water is available nearby. Grand River Marine lies 0.2 miles to the NW and Hidden Harbor Marina 0.4 miles to the east.

Practical

Grand River Marine, 0.2 miles NW, runs full-service yards on both banks with a fuel dock, 25 and 35-ton travel lifts, a chandlery, and heads with showers. Hidden Harbor Marina, 0.4 miles E, sits on a sheltered inlet off the river clear of the current.
