Approach and anchoring
Shared harbour with Pultneyville Yacht Club, the most sheltered port between Rochester and Sodus Bay. Beach launching for centreboard dinghies and catamarans, no transient pontoon berths for cruising yachts.
Practical
Beach-launched fleets of Sunfish, Laser and catamarans, plus monohulls up to 22 feet. Private beach and park-like grounds, kayak, canoe and paddleboard storage. Sailing school with structured courses, Sunday afternoon dinghy racing in season from May to October.
History
Founded as a non-profit recreational sailing club around 1965, sitting on the same harbour that served as Wayne County's main port until the Erie Canal opened in 1823.
