Approach and anchoring
Lies behind the Fox Point Hurricane Barrier, the flood gate that closes off the upper Providence River. Approach up the river from upper Narragansett Bay.
Practical
Seasonal and transient berths with water and shore power. A pump-out is on site. Restaurants, bars and the city centre are within walking distance of the pontoons.
Ashore
India Point Park sits next to the marina at the meeting of the Seekonk and Providence rivers, on ground once used for trade with the East and West Indies. The park hosts the Rhode Island Seafood Festival each September.
