Guide
Approach and anchoring
Enter Pawtuxet Cove from the Providence River. The cove gives good shelter to the berths inside. Three marinas share the cove, so call ahead on arrival.
Practical
Close to 250 seasonal and transient berths with 30-amp shore power and water. Petrol and biodiesel fuel berths, no-charge pump-out, showers, heads, laundry and ice. In-water and ashore winter storage, plus Mercury-certified engine repair.
Ashore
Pawtuxet Village adjoins the marina at the falls where the Pawtuxet River meets the bay. More than a dozen restaurants, cafes, a bank and a convenience store stand within walking distance, with bus links to Providence.
